Our support team has three missions:

Advise you before software implementation

Our support team can offer you an analysis of your environment and advise on technical requirements and server space in relation with your technical infrastructure. They will point you to best options for an easy deployment (servers, database, and client stations).

Help you through software installation

If you do not have the necessary skills to install Visual Planning, a support team member can walk you through the installation of the application, licenses and modules on your computer system, using screen sharing. If you opt for the cloud-based version of Visual Planning, your environment is set up by an infrastructure specialist 24 to 48h after we received your order.

Support you after go-live

Our support team is available to help you diagnose and solve any issue related to Visual Planning in a timely manner: errors, configuration help and change requests, scaling up…
