Some dates are shown colored (by default gray) on the planner. These are the period types which can be worked or not worked.

A Calendar is an assembly of different period types.

You can define several calendars:

  • Daily calendars specifically indicate non worked days (possibly weekends and rest days),
  • Hourly calendars specifically indicate time periods not worked (in 5 minute slices).

All the calendars can be combined cyclically or not thanks to the hourly or daily templates.

Each event shows the hourly and daily calendar of one of the resources it possesses.
