The links are only visible in Schedule View.

It is possible to choose to either display or hide the links on a schedule view via the menu Display > Schedule Block > View links.

The screen shots below are taken for End-Start type links:

Strict delay

The graphical representation, in schedule view, of a link with a Strict delay link mode is as follows.

 

  • Adjustment mode or Warning mode respected

Minimum and Maximum delays

The graphical representation, in schedule view, of a link with a Minimum delay link mode is as follows:

 

  • Adjustment mode or Warning mode respected

EDIT A links

 

To edit a link, right click on the link > Edit.

The following window appears:

Make the appropriate changes and click on Validate.

 

It is also possible to edit several links at once, by selecting them. The previous window will appear. The greyed-out fields are those which are not common to the selected links. The changes made will affect all the links that have been selected.

Respect links

 

This functionality is used to ensure that the gap between events is modified to meet the time limits.

To activate it for a link or a link chain, right-click on the link or selected links > Respect links.

 

Link information tooltip

 

By mousing over the link, a tooltip is shown:

Error message

 

If it is impossible to move an event due to the links, the following message appears:

Use during a compaction of events

 

You can create links directly between the events to be compacted.

To do so, check the Create links between events box.

The links created will be Start-End links.
