The workloads are only visible in Schedule View.

Display settings

To display the workload, click on the button then on display settings, and go to the Workload tab.

The following characteristics can be given:


Display the total

This button is used to display an additional workload that computes the sum of the visible workloads.


Display workloads

This button is used to display or hide the workloads in the view.



Select the workload(s) to display in the view.

Right-click to display the following window:

To add a workload, select the workload in the left-hand part, then move it to the right-hand part using the arrows.

You can also sort the appearance of the workloads using the sorting arrows.

Displaying and hiding workloads


In the Schedule view, you can quickly display or hide the workloads by clicking on the Display menu > Schedule block/Hide workloads.

Choosing a display


There are several different workload display types. These are:

  • Value,
  • Target,
  • Target – Value,
  • Value – Target,
  • Percentage,
  • Histogram.

There are two ways to select the appropriate display:

  • Right-click on the workload > Display > Select the appropriate display

  • Go to the Display menu > Display block > Select the appropriate display

Exporting workloads


You can export the results of the workloads.

To do so, right-click on the workload > Export workloads.

You can export multiple workloads simultaneously. They can be selected using the Ctrl or Shift keys.



Define the type of file to be created. The two suitable formats are:

  • CSV file,

  • Excel file.

Type: CSV

If the export file is a CSV file, the attributes to be defined are:


  • Semicolon,

  • Full stop,

  • Space,

  • Comma,

  • Tab,

  • Vertical Bar.

  • Default (System encoding),

  • UTF8,

  • Windows-1252 (Windows).

Type: Excel

If the export file is an EXCEL file, the attribute to be defined is the Path.


You must define the path to the destination file.



You must define the data export period.

Data tooltip for workloads


  • By passing the mouse over the heading of the workload, a tooltip will appear, corresponding to the description:

  • By passing the mouse over a cell in the workload, a tooltip will appear:

VPPORTAL display


It is possible to display the workloads in a Schedule context within VPPORTAL.
