Creating a heading
Click on Dimensions > Right-click on a dimension > Create Heading > Choose the type,
Click on Forms > Right-click on a form > Create Heading > Choose the type.
The corresponding part then opens:
Specify the characteristics of the heading, then confirm by clicking on the OK button.
A Multiple Choice List heading has the following characteristics:
Give this heading a name.
If the multi-language management is activated in the Admin center, it will be possible to fill in a name for this heading in the proposed languages by clicking on the button.

A default heading value can be used to create a new resource (in the case of a resource heading) or an event (in the case of the form heading)
Add an element to the list
To add an element to the list, click on Enter a value and enter a character string.
To modify the value of an element in the list, click on this element and modify the existing character string.
To delete an element from the choice list, select it by clicking on it, and then click on the Delete button.
- To automatically sort the values of the list in alphabetical order, simply click on the Sort button.
- You can also sort the list elements manually using the blue arrows:
Pasting elements from the clipboard
After performing a Copy in an external application, you can paste this set of character strings by clicking on the Paste button, or by pressing Ctrl + V. The values are added as new elements of the list.
Example: OPENOFFICE, MICROSOFT WORD, MICROSOFT EXCEL
Enable this button to leave the user free to enter new values.
If this button is enabled, it will not be possible to choose a default value for the heading.
Modifying a heading
To modify a heading you must change the schedule’s architecture template.
This is an important configuration task and should not be performed without careful consideration.
To modify a heading, select the heading in the Settings menu. The corresponding part of the window is then enabled.
Modify the characteristics (see Creating a multiple choice list heading), then click on the OK button.
If you do not want the modification to take effect, you must click on the Restore button.
For the Multiple choice list type, you can modify the values in a list without being the only one logged in on the schedule.
Deleting a heading
To delete a heading you must change the schedule’s architecture template.
Deletion of a heading is definitive.
The horizontal visual representation of a multiple choice list is established by the | character as shown below:
The character string Value 1|Value 2 indicates that the heading has the two values Value 1 and Value 2
Assign values to a resource
In the resources properties window: Right-click on a resource > Modify
or in the events properties window, Right-click on an event > Modify > Form tab.
You view a Multiple choice list heading as shown below:
Simply select the chosen value(s).
To select more than one value, press the Ctrl key when selecting.
