VPPORTAL: USING A KANBAN TEMPLATE

Viewing a Kanban

The Kanban serves to see events arranged by status, where each status is represented by a column.

Information on the events is displayed on each row representing an event.

The type of information displayed is determined by the configuration.

Several options are possible in a Kanban view.

Events filters

If events filters have been selected in the “Events filter” field during configuration, they will appear in a pull-down list enabling you to filter the events displayed in the schedule.

To do so, click on the visual planning 8 vpportal settings button button or on the vpportal_filter_button button.

Search

The events displayed can be filtered by carrying out a search.

In a Kanban view, searches can also be carried out individually in each status column.

To do so, click on the visual planning 8 vpportal settings button button.

Filtering can:

  • Filter the displayed events,
  • Filter on the properties and headings displayed;
  • Condition: Contains.

Headings and properties that are not visible in the schedule view are not taken into account to verify the filter condition.

Resetting the display of a context

If the current display has been activated, you can reset the display to how it was set up in the configuration.

To do so, click on the visual planning 8 vpportal settings button button. In the window displayed, click on the vpportal_resetting_button button.
