Our support portal, HotTicket, enables you to share any issue you might have with your Visual Planning application, track the status of your tickets and communicate with our support team.
- Enter your Visual Planning serial number in the login field below. You can retrieve your serial number on the delivery note that was sent to you for the license installation, or directly in the application (either in the Client or the Admin Center) by clicking on Help > About Visual Planning and selecting the footprint icon (log files).
- Leave the password field blank
- Choose a new password
Note that you will be able to change this password at any point in time when you log into HotTicket and click on your profile icon at the top left-hand corner of the screen.
In order to access this portal you must have a valid Visual Planning installation as well as a valid maintenance contract.
